He began his professional career as a film editor, contributing to a wide range of artistic and media productions, including television series, short films, documentaries, commercials, promotional videos, and digital content. Several of the productions he edited have received numerous awards and international recognition in countries including Morocco, Italy, France, and Tunisia.

In 2014, he founded Spirit Media Production, a production company specializing in television programs, documentary and non-fiction films, commercials, live concerts, short films, and digital content creation. Through the company, he has produced and executed numerous projects in collaboration with leading local and regional institutions.

Spirit Media Production has collaborated with prominent organizations including Al Jazeera Documentary Channel, Al Jazeera English, Qatar Museums, Qatar Charity, Saudi Aramco, Orman Association, Otsuka, Dreamland, and many other distinguished institutions.

Alongside his production activities, Omar Khodier has directed several documentary projects for the Saudi market, including the documentary “Al-Sadanah”. He also directed “Ahl Taybah Al-Taybah”, produced and directed “Abu Siraj: A Story of Melody”, and produced and directed the television program “Matbakh Om El Hana.”

He continuously seeks to build new partnerships and expand collaboration with media and cultural institutions, driven by his belief that true success is achieved through collective effort, meaningful collaboration, and professional, high-quality content that leaves a lasting impact on audiences.

بدأ مسيرته المهنية كمونتير، حيث شارك في تنفيذ مجموعة واسعة من الأعمال الفنية والإعلامية، شملت المسلسلات التلفزيونية، والأفلام القصيرة، والأفلام الوثائقية، والإعلانات التجارية، والبروموهات، والمواد الرقمية. وقد ساهمت الأعمال التي تولى مونتاجها في الفوز بالعديد من الجوائز داخل مصر وخارجها، في دول مثل المغرب وإيطاليا وفرنسا وتونس.

في عام 2014 أسس سبريت للإنتاج الفني، وهي شركة متخصصة في إنتاج البرامج التلفزيونية، والأفلام الوثائقية والتسجيلية، والإعلانات، والحفلات الموسيقية، والأفلام القصيرة، وصناعة المحتوى الرقمي. ومن خلال الشركة تم تنفيذ وإنتاج العديد من المشاريع بالتعاون مع مؤسسات محلية وإقليمية بارزة.

تشرفت شركة سبريت بالتعاون مع جهات رائدة، من أبرزها قناة الجزيرة الوثائقية والجزيرة الإنجليزية، ومؤسسة متاحف قطر، ومؤسسة قطر الخيرية، ومؤسسة أرامكو السعودية، كما تعاونت داخل مصر مع مؤسسات وشركات مثل جمعية الأورمان، ومؤسسة أوتسوكا اليابانية، ومؤسسة دريم لاند، وغيرها من الجهات المرموقة.

وبالتوازي مع نشاطه الإنتاجي، أخرج عمر خضير العديد من الأعمال الوثائقية في السوق السعودي، من أبرزها الفيلم الوثائقي «السدنة»، والفيلم الوثائقي «أهل طيبة الطيبة»، بالإضافة إلى إنتاج وإخراج الفيلم الوثائقي «أبو سراج.. حكاية نغم»، وإنتاج وإخراج برنامج «مطبخ أم الهنا».

ويسعى باستمرار إلى بناء شراكات جديدة وتوسيع دائرة التعاون مع المؤسسات الإعلامية والثقافية، انطلاقًا من إيمانه بأن النجاح الحقيقي يتحقق من خلال العمل المشترك، وتقديم محتوى احترافي يترك أثرًا لدى الجمهور.
